ZGS口-Z-G-40.5kV photovoltaic power generation box-type substation
The ZGS口-Z.G 40.5kV/0.8kV series pre-installed photovoltaic power station is designed to elevate the voltage generated by photovoltaic units (0.6-0.8KV) to 40.5KV, with a low voltage side of 0.4-12kV three-phase AC 50Hz. It incorporates advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources, tailored to meet local demands, and is developed as an outdoor complete set of equipment. This product integrates a transformer, load switch, and high-voltage fuse within the transformer housing, utilizing the transformer’s insulating oil as the insulation and heat dissipation medium for the entire product; the oil tank features a fully sealed structure, offering advantages such as compact size, lightweight, and ease of installation.
ZGS11 and ZGS13 American-style box transformers
The ZGS series modular substations (American-style box transformers) have been independently developed by our company over many years of careful crafting. This product serves as an important power supply unit in urban and rural distribution networks, integrating high-voltage control transformers and distribution equipment into one. It is widely used in various locations such as the Southern Power Grid, State Grid, industrial parks, residential communities, commercial centers, urban roads, and high-rise buildings. This type of product differs from the European-style box transformers currently produced domestically in that the American-style box transformer features an integrated design of the transformer core, high-voltage load switch protection fuses, and other equipment placed within the same oil tank, resulting in a smaller size.
