2009
Yunnan People's Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. was established on March 19, 2009.
2011-2012
In 2011, in response to the government's call for investment promotion, 60,000 square meters of industrial land were purchased in the Kunming New City High-tech Industrial Base for the construction of a new factory. The official relocation to the Majinpu Industrial Zone in the high-tech zone took place in June 2012.
2014
Joined the Yunnan Province Private Entrepreneurs Association and was elected as a vice president unit; Donated 128,000 RMB for post-disaster reconstruction after the "8.3 Zhaotong Ludian Earthquake."
2015
The new office building was officially put into use on January 1, 2015. In July of the same year, it was rated as a national-level "High-tech Enterprise" and won the CCTV 2015 Annual "Top Ten Quality Excellent Enterprises in Chinese Manufacturing Award" and the "Kunming Famous Brand Product".
2016
Rated as a "growing small and medium-sized enterprise in Yunnan Province"; signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Schneider Electric and ABB; established a subsidiary "Laos People's Power Electric Co., Ltd." in October 2016.
2017
On September 26, a subsidiary named 'Yunnan Yuntu Intelligent Manufacturing Electric Co., Ltd.' was established, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed with Siemens Electric, and the Southwest Electric Industry Alliance was initiated, with the company being elected as the vice-chairman unit.
2019
Awarded the "Excellent Chinese Quality Enterprise" at the CCTV China Manufacturing 2025 Summit Forum, and won the "Best Growth Enterprise Award" at the second "Fengyun Dian Business" selection event in Yunnan Province.
2020
Recognized as the 'Kunming City Enterprise Technology Center'; awarded honors such as 'China Famous Brand' and 'Yunnan Province Science and Technology Small and Medium-sized Enterprises'; donated 260,000 RMB on March 3 to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.
2021
Recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a national-level specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative 'little giant' enterprise; rated as a 'Yunnan Province Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise'.
2022
Recognized as a 'Yunnan Province Enterprise Technology Center' and awarded honors such as 'National Science and Technology Innovation Demonstration Unit' and 'National 315 Integrity Enterprise'.
2023
Awarded titles such as 'National Green Factory', 'National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise', and 'Provincial Science and Technology Small and Medium-sized Enterprise'.
2024
On February 1, a donation of 120,000 RMB was made for the post-disaster rescue project of the landslide in Liangshui Village, Zhenxiong County; on July 10, the subsidiary People's Power New Energy (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. was established.
