This product serves as an important power supply unit in urban and rural distribution networks, integrating high-voltage control transformers and distribution equipment into one. It is widely used in various locations such as the Southern Power Grid, State Grid, industrial parks, residential communities, commercial centers, urban roads, and high-rise buildings. This type of product differs from the European-style box transformers currently produced domestically in that the American-style box transformer features an integrated design of the transformer core, high-voltage load switch protection fuses, and other equipment placed within the same oil tank, resulting in a smaller size.

Product Overview

The ZGS series modular substations (American-style box transformers) have been independently developed by our company over many years. This product serves as an important power supply unit in urban and rural distribution networks, integrating high-voltage control transformers and distribution equipment into one. It is widely used in various locations such as the Southern Power Grid, State Grid, industrial parks, residential communities, commercial centers, urban roads, and high-rise buildings. This type of product differs from the European-style box transformers currently produced in China in that the American-style box transformer integrates the transformer core, high-voltage load switch, and protective fuses into a single design placed within the same oil tank, resulting in a smaller size.

The ZGS series products place high-voltage load switches and high-voltage fuses in transformer oil, featuring two structural forms: common tank or separate tank. The oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure and is equipped with components such as an oil temperature gauge, oil level gauge, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, and oil drain valve to monitor the operating conditions of the transformer. This product is available in ring network type, terminal type, and dual power supply type. To better meet the actual requirements of China's power grid, a plug-in fuse has also been introduced; the melting of the wire fuse does not affect the performance of the transformer. Depending on the complexity of low-voltage feed requirements, the ZGS series products are divided into three shell forms: standard type, reinforced type, and comprehensive type, allowing users and design units to be more flexible and economical when selecting models.
