Launch meeting for the digital transformation and upgrade project of People's Power

On the morning of March 8, Yunnan People's Power Electric Co., Ltd. held a launch meeting for the digital transformation upgrade project, attended by Mr. Li Fushou, General Manager of Kingdee Kunming Branch, project team members, Ms. Kuang Yufen, Executive Director of Yunnan People's Power Electric Co., Ltd., Mr. Zhang Peng, General Manager, and heads of various functional departments and key positions, totaling more than 30 people.
At the launch meeting, Executive Director Kuang made an important speech, providing a comprehensive summary and full affirmation of the company's achievements in enterprise information construction over the past decade. Director Kuang pointed out that only by relying on modern information technology can we fundamentally improve the management level of enterprises, enhance core competitiveness, and better seek opportunities for survival and development in increasingly fierce market competition while continuing to thrive. He further emphasized that the company has always adhered to the path of leading enterprise management modernization with informatization.
After more than a decade of accumulation and precipitation, our company has formed a complete set of enterprise management mechanisms that are in line with its actual situation, as well as established a complete set of supporting management systems as guarantees. Over the years, the company has made significant progress and improvement in both management level and overall competitiveness.
However, with the continuous improvement of informatization, networking, digitalization, and intelligence levels, as well as the increasing demand for scientific, standardized, and refined management within the company, the original management information system can no longer meet the needs of modern enterprise management. After multiple in-depth communications with Kingdee Company, both parties reached a consensus and formulated a digital transformation plan that aligns with the company's current management reality and needs. Today we officially launch the Yunnan People's Power digital transformation upgrade project.
At the meeting, representatives from both sides presented their opinions and plans regarding the Kingdee Cloud Star digital transformation upgrade project for Yunnan People's Power Electric Co., Ltd. The project team members from Kingdee Kunming Branch also provided detailed reports on the project's organizational implementation plan and strategies.
General Manager Zhang Peng, as the project manager for Yunnan People's Power, delivered an important speech and mobilization. He pointed out that with the continuous improvement of scientific and technological levels and increasing market competition pressure—especially since the outbreak of COVID-19—the economic downward pressure has become increasingly severe along with stringent challenges brought by national macro-control. For our enterprise to better seek survival, create benefits, and pursue development, we must strengthen our internal capabilities and solidify our foundation to withstand challenges. Only through more advanced and refined management practices and continuous innovation can enterprises maintain vitality, achieve sustainable development, and stand at the forefront.
After the meeting, General Manager Zhang Peng signed a cooperation agreement for the digital transformation upgrade of Yunnan People's Power Electric Co., Ltd. with Mr. Li Fushou, General Manager of Kingdee Kunming Branch. General Manager Li further emphasized that all members of Kingdee's Shenzhen headquarters and Kunming branch will fully support Yunnan People's Power's digital transformation upgrade project, striving to make it a benchmark for high-quality development in national-level specialized small giant enterprises.
The digital transformation upgrade of Yunnan People's Power Electric Co., Ltd. is not only an important decision made by the company to adapt to the development of the times but also a necessary guarantee to support its three-year listing plan. It is also a key measure for Yunnan People's Power to continuously improve its management methods and enhance its management level. It is hoped that through this digital transformation upgrade, Kingdee Cloud Star software can be developed into a convenient, efficient, and fast management information system that simplifies complex tasks and streamlines simple workflows to ultimately achieve standardized and regulated enterprise management. This will truly unify financial accounting with business analysis and integrate finance with operations better to support Yunnan People's Power's steady and healthy development in a fiercely competitive market environment.
