The D11 series single-phase distribution transformer is an environmentally friendly and energy-saving product independently developed by our company, combining the characteristics of China's 10kV system. It is widely used in urban street lighting, high-end residential areas, railway signal lights, and other fields. It is also suitable for agricultural production, lighting, and power supply in rural power grids and remote mountainous areas, and can be used for energy-saving transformation of urban power grids, achieving good energy-saving effects.
Performance Characteristics
> The core is made using a wound core process, with no seams in the core, which reduces magnetic resistance and lowers losses. After annealing treatment, it has good mechanical properties, reducing noise and temperature rise.
> The single-phase core is an R-type single-frame double-column wound structure, with spot welding on the outer layer without binding. The core material is selected from cold-rolled silicon steel such as 30Q130 (Type 9), 272H120 (Type 11), and 232H90 (Type 13).
> The low voltage combination is 2×0.23kV. The low voltage current of this transformer is only half of that of a regular single-phase transformer, and the line loss is one-fourth of that of a regular single-phase transformer.
> The product adopts a fully sealed oil tank structure, preventing contact between the transformer oil and surrounding air. Therefore, the transformer oil will not absorb external moisture, which would reduce insulation strength. At the same time, because oxygen
cannot enter the oil tank, it avoids aging of insulation materials and improves the service life of the product.
