Product Description
Amorphous alloy transformers further reduce distribution losses and electrical noise, and decrease atmospheric pollution. Compared to traditional silicon steel transformers, this new type of transformer can reduce no-load losses by 80% and has a high efficiency energy-saving effect.
Iron-based amorphous alloy iron has characteristics such as high saturation magnetic induction intensity, low loss (equivalent to 1/3 to 1/5 of silicon steel sheets), low coercive force, low exciting current, and good temperature stability. Transformers made with amorphous alloy iron cores have no-load losses that are 70-80% lower than those of the S9 product series using silicon steel sheets, and the no-load current is reduced by 20% compared to the S9 series. Amorphous alloy is a new type of energy-saving material produced using a rapid quenching solidification process, with its physical state characterized by disordered amorphous arrangement of metal atoms, which is completely different from the crystalline structure of silicon steel, making it more favorable for magnetization and demagnetization. This new material used in transformer cores can reduce no-load losses, and if used in oil-immersed transformers, it can also reduce emissions of harmful gases such as CO, SO, and NOX, earning it the title of
