Features
The RYDS type low-voltage fixed partition switchgear is suitable for industries such as power plants, petrochemical, metallurgy, textiles, and power supply for high-rise buildings. In large power plants and petrochemical industries with high automation levels that require computer interfaces, it serves as a power distribution, conversion, and motor control system in three-phase AC frequency 50HZ, with a rated working voltage of AC 380V and a rated current of up to 4000A and below.
Structural Features
The fixed partition cabinet adopts a universal cabinet form, with the main structure made of 8MF steel, partially welded and assembled, and has installation holes of Φ9.2 with a module of 20mm. The components of the universal cabinet are designed according to the modular principle, with different numbers of heat dissipation slots at both ends of the cabinet. The cabinet body is connected to components via a pivot-type movable hinge, and the outer edge of the door is embedded with a rubber strip. The external metal structural parts, doors, sealing plates, and frames are treated with powder coating, while internal supports are galvanized; the protection level of the cabinet body is IP30.
a. According to usage categories, it can be divided into: incoming cabinets, feeder cabinets (PC), motor control cabinets (MCC), and reactive power compensation cabinets.
b. Based on system capacity and switch size, the basic dimensions of the cabinet body are: widths of 300mm, 400mm, 600mm, and 800mm; depths of 800mm and 1000mm; height of 2200mm.
c. The horizontal busbar is arranged at the top of the cabinet. The rated current levels for this series are: 1000A, 1250A, 1600A, 2000A, and 2500A.
d. The rated current levels for vertical busbars in feeder cabinets or motor control cabinets are: 630A, 1000A, and 1250A.
e. The busbar capacity and corresponding specifications for this series of products: current levels of 360A, 800A, 1000A, 1250A, 1600A, 2000A, and 2500A.
f. The rated short-time withstand current capacity for horizontal busbars: 50KA.
g. The short-time withstand current capacity for vertical busbars in feeder cabinets and control cabinets: 50KA.
h. The sectional capacity of switches in incoming cabinets: 50KA.
i. The breaking capacity of protective switches in feeder cabinets and control cabinets: 50KA.
j. The number of circuits in feeder cabinets and control cabinets: from 1 to 24.

- No frequent severe vibrations in the location
