Overview
The GCK GCL series low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is designed by our company based on the needs of a wide range of users. It features advanced structure, beautiful appearance, and high electrical performance. With high protection level, safety and reliability, and convenient maintenance, it is an ideal distribution device for low-voltage supply systems in industries such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, electric power, machinery, and light textiles. It has been recommended by the state as a product for the two-network transformation and the ninth batch of energy-saving products.
Structural Characteristics
The basic framework of GCK and GCL is a modular assembly structure. All structural components of the framework are galvanized and treated with spray plastic. They are connected into a basic framework using screws. Additional components such as doors, baffles, partitions, drawers, safety brackets, busbars, and electrical components are added as needed to assemble a complete control center cabinet. The structure of this cabinet has the following characteristics.
1. The frame uses special-shaped steel materials with a non-welded structure that utilizes angle plates for positioning and bolt connections.
a. The forming dimensions of components, opening dimensions, and equipment spacing are modularized. (Modular E=20mm, same below)
b. Internal structural components are galvanized.
c. The exterior is treated with phosphating; then electrostatic epoxy powder coating is applied.
d. The frame is divided into three isolated sections: busbar chamber, functional unit, and cable chamber to prevent accident spread and facilitate live maintenance.
2. Functional Units
a. Functional units: feeder unit, motor unit, common power supply unit.
b. The drawer height modularity is 200mm, divided into six size series: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 3/2 unit, 2 units, 5/2 units, and 3 units. The rated current of the unit circuit is 630A and below.
c. Each MCC cabinet can install up to 9 one-unit drawers or 18 half-unit drawers.
d. The door panel of the partition is mechanically interlocked with the operating mechanism of the main switch and the drawer; the door panel cannot be opened when the main switch is in the closed position.
e. The operating mechanism of the main switch can be locked in either the closed or open position with a lever for safe maintenance of electrical equipment.
f. Functional unit compartments are separated by metal partitions.
g. The active door in the compartment automatically opens and closes with the advancement and retraction of the drawer to prevent vertical busbars from being exposed in the compartment.
h. The back of the functional unit has main circuit input/output plugs and auxiliary circuit secondary plugs.
i. The grounding plug ensures continuity of protection circuits when the drawer is in a disconnected test connection position.
3. Busbar System
a. The GCK and GCL busbar systems use three-phase four-wire system and three-phase five-wire system; horizontal busbars are installed at the top of the cabinet; N line and PE line can be installed at either the top or bottom of the cabinet.
b. Three-phase horizontal busbars use copper busbars for high mechanical strength and good heat dissipation.
c. Vertical busbars use a closed shell made of carbonated licorice.
Environmental Conditions
Ambient air temperature: not lower than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃; average temperature within 24 hours should not exceed +35℃.
User Type: Indoor
Altitude: 2000m
Ambient air relative humidity: not exceeding 50% at maximum temperature of +40℃; larger relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (e.g., at +20℃ it can be up to 90%). Transportation and storage are allowed under temperature conditions from -25℃ to +50℃; short-term (not exceeding 24h) temperatures can reach up to +70℃.
