Overview
The GGD type AC low voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial enterprises. It serves as a power, lighting, and distribution equipment for the AC 50HZ, rated working voltage of 380V, and rated current up to 3150A distribution system. This product has a high breaking capacity, with a rated short-time withstand current of up to 50KA. It features flexible circuit schemes, convenient combinations, strong practicality, and innovative structure. This product is one of the representative products of assembled fixed panel switch cabinets in China. It complies with standards such as IEC439 'Low Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear' and GB7251 'Low Voltage Complete Switchgear'.
Environmental Conditions
· Ambient air temperature: not exceeding +40℃ and not lower than -5℃. The average temperature within 24 hours must not exceed +35℃.
· Applicable type: Indoor
· Altitude: 2000m
· Ambient air relative humidity: not exceeding 50% when the maximum temperature is +40℃; at lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is allowed (e.g., 90% at +20℃). Consideration should be given to the potential condensation effects due to temperature changes.

Auxiliary Circuit Scheme
The design of the auxiliary circuit consists of two parts: the power supply scheme and the power plant scheme.
Main Busbar
When the rated current is 1500A or below, a single copper busbar is used; when the rated current exceeds 1500A, a double copper busbar is used. The overlapping surfaces of the busbars are treated with tinning technology.
Selection of Electrical Components
· The GGD cabinet mainly uses advanced electrical components that can be mass-produced domestically.
· The HD13BX and HS13BX type rotary operating knife switches are specially designed components by NLS to meet the unique structural needs of the GGD cabinet. They change the operation mode of the mechanism while retaining the advantages of older products, making them practical new electrical components.
· If the design department selects newer electrical components with better performance and more advanced technology based on user needs, due to the good installation flexibility of the GGD cabinet, it generally will not cause difficulties in manufacturing and installation when updating electrical components.
· To further enhance the stability of the main circuit, the busbar support of the GGD cabinet uses specialized ZMJ type combined busbar clamps and insulating supports. The busbar clamps are thermoplastically formed from high-strength, flame-retardant PPO alloy material, featuring high insulation strength and good self-extinguishing properties. The unique structure allows for easy combination into single or double busbar clamps by simply adjusting block-type spacers. The insulating support has a sleeve-type molded structure that is cost-effective and strong, addressing the shortcomings of older products regarding insufficient creepage distance.
