Overview
The RSF6-12 PTVCCC series gas-insulated switchgear is a new generation of compact modular switchgear developed by Yunnan Jiangbian Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. The RSF6-12 PTVCCC series gas-insulated switchgear features a modular structure with unit types and their enclosures. Each module has its own function and metal shell, and can be expanded on either side, arranged according to different design schemes to complete various distribution tasks. When the configuration exceeds six modules, an extended busbar form must be used to connect the cabinets, achieving a semi-modular structure; the gas chamber is made entirely of 3.0mm imported stainless steel plates, welded using an automatic welding rotating platform and Panasonic welding robots from Japan to ensure the sealing of the gas chamber; the gas chamber is filled with SF6 gas and undergoes simultaneous vacuum helium leak testing. The load switch, grounding switch, fuse insulation tube, and other active components are all sealed within the stainless steel gas chamber, greatly enhancing the safety performance of electrical products and ensuring that the protective level of the gas-insulated switchgear reaches IP67; an explosion-proof membrane is installed at the bottom of the gas chamber to effectively prevent damage to personnel, cables, and other switchgear within the station.
The RSF6-12 PTVCCC series gas-insulated switchgear is positioned as a high-end domestic gas-insulated ring network cabinet, with strict monitoring in the selection of raw materials and production processes. All required main epoxy parts, plastic parts, and silicone parts are sourced from internationally renowned brands for self-production. All components must undergo rigorous helium mass spectrometry leak detection and X-ray non-destructive testing, as well as relevant partial discharge testing and voltage testing to ensure reliable quality; during assembly, German-imported mechanical testing instruments are used to accurately test the periodicity, stroke, speed, and other electrical and mechanical properties of the gas-insulated switchgear's opening and closing operations, maximizing product quality assurance.
The RSF6-12 PTVCCC series gas-insulated switchgear features a compact structure, full sealing, full insulation, long lifespan, maintenance-free operation, and small footprint. It is safe and reliable, unaffected by working environment conditions, making it widely used in industrial-grade civil cable ring networks and power supply terminals. It is particularly suitable for small secondary substations, switching stations, industrial and mining enterprises, airports, railways, commercial areas, high-rise buildings, expressways, subways, tunnels, and locations with extremely harsh natural conditions.
Product Features
· The RSF6-12 PTVCCC series gas-insulated switchgear uses SF6 gas as an arc extinguishing and insulating medium;
· The switch cabinet has a fully sealed and fully insulated structure; busbars and switching components are completely sealed within a stainless steel shell. The chamber is pressurized with gas at 1.4 bar, achieving an IP67 protection level; the entire switching device is completely unaffected by external environmental conditions and can operate normally even under short-term water immersion conditions. The product is maintenance-free for life.
· The switch cabinet features a complete 'five prevention' interlocking device that completely eliminates potential operational faults caused by human error;
· All switch cabinets have visible safety pressure relief channels to ensure operator safety even in extreme situations.
· Switch cabinets are divided into fixed unit combinations and expandable unit combinations.
· Switch cabinets typically have front outgoing lines but can also achieve side outgoing lines or side expansion based on different installation positions;
· The cabinet size is small for easy installation and can fit into tight spaces with poor environmental conditions;

Small size, lightweight, fully insulated design with modularity allows for various main wiring combinations through different module combinations. A circuit switching system uses silicone rubber connectors for high-voltage component connections with arbitrary expansion of the cabinet body. Fully shielded cable outgoing cabinets can be equipped with circuit breaker cabinets or high-voltage monitoring components. Integrated digital circuit breakers; can be equipped with circuit breaker cabinets; remote control and monitoring units can be added; overcurrent protection devices can be added; strong flood prevention capabilities; long lifespan; maintenance-free operation reduces operating costs while meeting requirements for automatic upgrades in distribution networks.
