Overview
The shell material is made entirely of stainless steel or cold-rolled plate. The surface of the steel plate is spray-coated, with a thickness of 2mm, providing strong corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The top cover has an air sandwich structure and is equipped with ventilation holes. The air intake is located at the lower part of the box, hidden under the eaves, allowing for top-down convection airflow. The bottom of the box has a removable partition, with cable entry and exit holes to prevent small animals from entering, ensuring good thermal insulation and ventilation effects.
Structural Features
The switch cabinet body contains original imported or domestically produced SF6 insulated three-position load switches. The switch gas is fully sealed, requiring no heater, with no condensation issues and maintenance-free. There are no exposed live parts inside the cabinet, and the mechanical life of the load switch reaches 5000 operations. High voltage incoming and outgoing lines are connected through epoxy resin sleeves. Each compartment in the cable room is equipped with a set of three-phase live display indicators. A padlock device can lock the switch in any state.
