The core is made of imported high-quality silicon steel sheets with high magnetic conductivity stacked in a step-type progressive structure. The winding and core use elastic fixing devices to give the transformer lower no-load loss and noise. The core surface is treated with a special process. The core is moderately clamped by tensioning screws; the upper and lower clamps are connected by plates and fixed to the base and windings as a whole. The windings are fixed by elastic pads; the buffering structure can reduce the vibration level of the windings and lower noise.
