Product Description

1. Product Features

 

1. Low Loss: The product's no-load loss is reduced by more than 30% compared to SCB10 type products, and the load loss is reduced by more than 10% compared to SCB11 type products, resulting in excellent energy-saving effects, economic operation, and maintenance-free.

2. Low Noise: The product's noise level is more than 10-15 decibels lower than the current standard JB/T10088-2016 "Sound Level of 6-220KV Transformers".

3. Low Partial Discharge: The resin mixture uses advanced foreign stirring methods and vacuum film degassing technology, ensuring uniform mixing and eliminating bubbles within the mixture. The product has a low partial discharge amount, controllable below 5PC. Both high and low voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure, providing the resin insulation with both full encapsulation and inter-layer immersion properties. The casting body has a dense curing structure, is flame-retardant, explosion-proof, and environmentally friendly. The insulating materials such as fiberglass in the winding coils have self-extinguishing properties, preventing arcing due to short circuits, and the resin does not emit toxic or harmful gases under high heat.

4. High Mechanical Strength: The resin with fillers minimizes the difference in expansion coefficients within the casting body, resulting in low curing shrinkage and internal stress, while providing high hardness. Prefabricated reinforcing materials are placed within the epoxy resin encapsulation layer on both the inner and outer surfaces of the high and low voltage coils, creating a dense structure similar to reinforced concrete. Therefore, its mechanical strength exceeds that of pure epoxy resin, allowing it to withstand sudden short-circuit electrodynamic effects without damage.
