To ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid during the flood season and peak summer demand, the Tonghua Electric Construction Substation has been making early preparations and planning with five measures to fully carry out flood prevention and drought relief work.
First, strengthen organizational leadership by establishing a flood prevention and drought relief leadership group, clarifying the responsibilities of flood prevention work at all levels, and implementing flood prevention responsibilities layer by layer; second, carefully formulate flood prevention plans, improve various flood prevention systems, comprehensively sort out the implementation of various measures, and develop targeted emergency measures based on the weak links in the power grid's flood prevention; third, strictly enforce flood prevention duty discipline, increase the density of inspections on duty situations and assessment efforts; fourth, strengthen emergency repair forces, ensure the reserve of disaster relief materials, and guarantee that vehicles are in place and communication is smooth during the flood prevention period; fifth, meticulously deploy and enhance inspections of equipment, promptly address hidden dangers and defects to ensure equipment integrity.
