Product Overview

This product uses short glass fibers as filler for the casting coil, which adopts a segmented cylindrical design. The coil is equipped with axial air ducts to improve heat dissipation conditions. A scientific casting molding process ensures that the resin fully penetrates between turns, layers, and segments to guarantee the electrical insulation strength of the product and minimize partial discharge (≤5pc). Preventing cracking of the resin casting body, controlling the generation of residual bubbles within the casting body, and minimizing partial discharge has always been a major issue for dry transformer manufacturers both domestically and internationally. It is a key manufacturing technology for resin-cast dry-type transformers. Through repeated production practices and frequent physical and chemical experiments, our company has successfully solved this cutting-edge problem, resulting in our thin insulated vacuum-cast products with short glass fibers as filler achieving a tensile strength of 170N/mm2 and a bending strength of 220N/mm2, thereby overall improving the mechanical properties of resin solidification.
