4On the 25th of the month, Chen Fang, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairperson of the Yunnan Women's Federation, and her team visited Yunnan Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. for research and conducted the "Three Visits, Four Checks, and Five Deliveries" activity, awarding the title of National Women's Civilization Post to the secondary line team of the assembly workshop.
The proportion of female employees in the secondary line team of the assembly workshop exceeds 90%.They are engaged in work that requires high technical standards and meticulousness. Although their daily work tasks are quite heavy, they are not afraid of hardship or fatigue, and they complete their work tasks on time, with quality and quantity. At the same time, they earnestly study and implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress, actively participate in various learning, training, cultural, and charitable activities organized by the company's Party branch and Women's Federation, focus on their positions, innovate, and strive to be advanced. They are maintainers of harmonious families and inheritors of excellent family traditions, constantly interpreting the hardworking, frugal, and kind qualities of Chinese women through their words and actions.These are excellent qualities.
During the research, Chen Fang and her team listened to detailed introductions from Chairman Zhang Jianjun, Executive Director Kuang Yufen, and Deputy General Manager Kuang Aifen about the company's development situation. They inquired about the company's production and operation status, existing difficulties, as well as the proportion of female employees and employment rights protection. "Thank you to the Provincial Women's Federation for bringing us this national women's civilization post award; this is both an affirmation and encouragement," "It feels very warm to have family members on-site guiding the construction of the Women's Federation organization and listening to our heartfelt words..." In the subsequent symposium, participants actively spoke up to share management models, development experiences, analyze employment situations for women and college students under new circumstances as well as difficulties and problems faced, discuss measures, and provide suggestions.
Chen Fang congratulated and affirmed the positive contributions made by the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association and female entrepreneurs in economic and social development, as well as the achievements of Yunnan Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. and its Women's Federation. Finally, Chen Fang pointed out three hopes for Yunnan Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. and female entrepreneurs: First, strengthen ideological guidance for women by actively organizing learning to promote and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress and various policies while paying more attention to training and educating female employees to continuously improve their ideological political quality and professional capabilities. Second, fully leverage the role of grassroots Women's Federation organizations to effectively safeguard women's legal rights and interests by reflecting care in details so that they can retain both people’s presence and hearts better to better gather women's strength to serve enterprise development. Third, proactively undertake social responsibilities by being good entrepreneurial mentors providing better employment opportunities and entrepreneurial platforms to influence more women to engage in entrepreneurship or employment.
Finally, Kuang Yufen, Chairperson of the company's Women's Federation stated: We will definitely remain humble and diligent, continue to focus on our positions while constantly innovating efforts to showcase the style of women in a new era while contributing women's strength to building a modern socialist country.
